Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments and evaluate clients' presenting issues, strengths, and resources.

• Formulate, execute, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.

• Provide therapy interventions using diverse modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches.

• Educate clients about the therapeutic process and the emotional and financial commitments involved.

• Foster positive relationships through engaging and empathetic communication, ensuring clients feel heard and supported.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress in accordance with established treatment goals and make necessary adjustments to therapy as required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, complemented by an attractive sign-on bonus.
