Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring that they align with best practices and company policies.

• Maintain an active caseload of at least 27 client visits per week, providing ongoing therapy sessions and following up as necessary.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions in accordance with company protocols, including treatment plan reviews and progress notes, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.

• Engage in team-based collaboration, working closely with case managers, families, schools, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Dynamically utilize creative interventions and evidence-based practices to empower clients in working toward and achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Participate actively in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions to remain current with best practices and advancements in mental health treatment.

• Foster a thriving team culture by contributing positively to discussions and supporting fellow clinicians.

The LMFT will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and families from varied backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LMFT clinical license is necessary to practice in California.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and show cultural competence when working with a diverse range of clients.

• Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; familiarity with Valant software is a plus.

• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Questa Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 80,000 to 105,000, complemented by the potential for a sign-on bonus. Our compensation structure includes hourly pay, plus commission based on client sessions, providing opportunities for financial growth.
