This full-time position is fully remote, enabling flexibility and convenience as you engage with clients from the comfort of your home office or wherever you choose to work. While primarily remote, our LMFT will have the opportunity to attend in-person team meetings in our outpatient office as needed, fostering collaboration and social interaction with fellow therapists who are equally dedicated to mental health advocacy.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations by utilizing standardized tools and client interviews to accurately understand mental health challenges and identify treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and apply appropriate therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, adapting techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, set between USD 83,000 and 104,000 annually, with an additional sign-on bonus as a token of our appreciation for your expertise and commitment.
