Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and establish patient diagnoses, crafting detailed treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 weekly client visits, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques for optimal results.

• Ensure thorough documentation of each therapy session, including treatment plan updates and progress notes, adhering to all organizational policies and state regulations.

• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including case managers and medical staff, to coordinate holistic care for each client.

• Employ innovative interventions and strategies to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals and enhancing their overall mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families who are often facing significant challenges related to mental health and behavioral issues. Your interventions will help clients navigate their struggles and work towards recovery, fostering resilience and healthier relationships. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Solid experience in clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments and treatment plan creation.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with diverse populations, especially with children, adolescents, and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your hard work and dedication will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of USD 90,000–110,000 annually, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. In addition to salary, we offer a customizable compensation plan that includes:
