Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnoses of mental health conditions, formulate, and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintain a steady caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing high-quality care through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, including telehealth options.

• Document case notes, treatment plans, and diagnoses according to our clinic's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, providing excellent customer service to clients while advocating for their needs within the community.

• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their mental health goals.

• Coordinate care with other professionals, including case managers, medical personnel, families, and school staff, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families navigating various challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Experience in mental health documentation, including completing diagnostic assessments and crafting treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
