Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, enabling you to manage your caseload from a home office while maintaining communication with our supportive team. You will engage in individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, allowing flexibility and convenience for both you and your clients. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., giving you evenings and weekends free to recharge and pursue personal interests.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health conditions, developing and executing personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 25-30 client visits per week, managing schedules efficiently to provide comprehensive care.

• Document all interactions with clients accurately and promptly in accordance with clinic policies, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Enhance client engagement by employing creative interventions and therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.

• Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and external service providers, to coordinate care.
