Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the specific needs, goals, and preferences of clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address patients’ concerns effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to enable informed decision-making.

• Track and monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans that reflect changing needs and outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records that align with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including staying current with the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
