Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Aventus, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to understand the unique needs of clients and their families.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Providing ongoing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, ensuring effective treatment that addresses their emotional and psychological needs.

• Documenting session notes and treatment progress in a timely manner, adhering to all legal and health care compliance standards.

• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration with other health care professionals and community resources to facilitate comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Attending team meetings and case consultations for continuous learning and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including individuals and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license recognized in the State of Tennessee.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Strong clinical skills and a passion for advocating for client well-being, accompanied by excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• A commitment to working respectfully with diverse populations and a deep understanding of cultural humility.

• Proficiency in working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, recently licensed professionals with relevant internship or practicum experience are encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n

At Aventus Mind and Wellness Clinic, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.
