Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging individual therapy sessions, utilizing both traditional and contemporary therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, focusing on improving communication and resolving conflicts through guided dialogue and therapy techniques.

• Work with families to address multifaceted dynamics and relationship issues, employing strategies that promote understanding and change.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans by assessing client strengths, challenges, and goals, ensuring that treatments are tailored and responsive.

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders using standardized tools and depth perception to establish relevant therapeutic goals and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Meru Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster rapport quickly with clients.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team structure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
