Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations and developing tailored treatment plans to address client needs.

• Maintaining an active caseload of at least 27 client visits per week for full-time status, with flexibility to accommodate client needs.
\n
• Documenting all clinical interactions promptly and accurately, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes, in compliance with company protocols.
\n
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate integrated care, ensuring holistic support for clients.
\n
• Employing innovative therapeutic interventions to engage clients in the therapeutic process and foster their emotional growth.
\n
• Participating in regular clinical staff meetings and ongoing training to stay updated on best practices and contribute to team development.

• Actively contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture that values mutual respect and collaboration.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) clinical license.

• Demonstrated experience in completing clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.

• Proficiency in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems, with familiarity in Valant being an advantage.

• A commitment to maintaining professional boundaries while demonstrating compassion and empathy toward clients.

• A background that includes working with a diverse population and a familiarity with the unique challenges faced by various communities.

• The ability to successfully clear a background check to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:
