Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in a variety of therapeutic practices aimed at addressing the intricate dynamics of family relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as offering individual counseling to family members, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment.

• Addressing issues such as conflicts among family members, grief and loss, communication barriers, and job-related stress in a sensitive and effective manner.

• Providing guidance and support around challenges like blended family dynamics, separation, and adjustment issues.
\n
• Working collaboratively with other healthcare providers and stakeholders to ensure holistic care for your clients.

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve diverse client populations, including adults, children, and adolescents, who are facing a range of behavioral health challenges. Your area of expertise will allow you to specialize in working with families experiencing issues related to:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Precious Health Valley Mental Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous compensation structure, our benefits package includes:
