Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique requirements and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate better mental health outcomes.

• Provide educational resources and guidance to clients and their families on managing mood disorders and implementing effective self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Integrate care by effectively collaborating with psychiatrists and other health professionals to enhance treatment quality.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually refine therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Serene Mindscape Wellness, you will work with a broad range of clients, particularly those experiencing mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. You will support individuals from various backgrounds, including vulnerable populations such as homeless individuals, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse.
