Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include the following:

• Conducting assessments and treatment sessions with couples, families, and individual clients to develop tailored therapy strategies.

• Addressing and treating a variety of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, communication difficulties, and family conflicts.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies, you will provide a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and relationships.

• Documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and patient outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and health regulations.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the community health clinic to offer holistic patient-centered care.

• Participating in regular team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with diverse populations, including adults and children/adolescents. Your expertise will be essential in addressing complex family dynamics, helping to resolve issues related to blended families, separation, divorce, and psychological stressors. By specializing in direct family engagement, you will foster deeper communication and healing among family members, guiding them towards healthier relational patterns.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
