Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions while also facilitating couple’s therapy, ensuring a comprehensive approach to family dynamics.

• Assess client needs, goals, and challenges to create tailored treatment plans that address specific issues such as grief, conflict resolution, and communication difficulties.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies to support clients facing issues such as substance abuse, blended family adjustments, job-related stress, and intimate partner conflicts.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and track client progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Montage Counseling Center, you will serve a diverse client population. Your caseload may include adults, children, and adolescents dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. You will specialize in family-based therapies, addressing concerns that affect familial relationships and individual well-being, such as emotional distress, trauma, and interpersonal communication barriers.

Qualifications\n

• Active California state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
