Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health challenges, using standardized tools and personal interviews to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions, applying a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities that are individualized to promote personal growth and foster a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals and monitor their progress to ensure desired outcomes are being achieved.

• Facilitate teletherapy services, providing convenient solutions for clients who may find it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with ethical standards and organizational protocols, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends within the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
