Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work primarily with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients often experience issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and trauma. By employing a psychodynamic, solution-focused, or behavioral therapy approach based on therapeutic needs, you will play a vital role in helping patients navigate their emotional and relational hurdles.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in California.

• Certification in one or more relevant treatment modalities (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, etc.).

• Strong understanding of clinical practices and ethical standards within mental health treatment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, conducive to building rapport with clients.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while effectively managing time and workloads.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience providing therapy to individuals and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
