Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and initial consultations to establish treatment needs.

• Draft detailed and personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Monitor and document client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary based on real-time feedback.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case documentation in our electronic health record systems, such as AVATAR, to track client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in outreach and follow-up procedures with families and caregivers to offer guidance and support in managing mental health challenges.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and contribute to team training sessions to enhance collective knowledge and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds and life experiences, necessitating a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach in all interactions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A passing score on the NCE and/or NCMHCE examinations.

• Demonstrated experience as a mental health counselor in clinical settings.

• Description of proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly AVATAR.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.
