Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions to assess mental health needs, implementing treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Engage in discharge planning and aftercare coordination to ensure clients receive necessary follow-up services and support.

• Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations and develop insightful patient assessments that inform treatment approaches.

• Collaborate with the Lead Psychologist during monthly clinical case reviews to enhance treatment strategies and care delivery.

The clients you will serve come from a broad demographic, encompassing individuals and families dealing with various mental health challenges. This includes anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and create therapeutic relationships with diverse populations.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for client interactions and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n
