Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine client needs, strengths, and treatment goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Formulate treatment plans that are family-centered and culturally appropriate, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions via telehealth, ensuring that services are delivered with a trauma-informed perspective.

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary clinical team, participating in case consultations, and therapeutic discussions to enhance service delivery.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to organizational standards.

• Manage a designated client caseload, providing consistent and effective support while addressing any immediate crisis situations as necessary.

• Other duties as assigned, which may include community outreach or participation in training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on working with a diverse range of clients, including those facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The Therapist will be expected to approach each individual with empathy and cultural competency, ensuring that sessions are tailored to reflect their specific experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Master's Degree in a relevant field and hold an active clinical license in California, specifically LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. Importantly, applicants must not require supervision for their license, as independent practice is expected in this role.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates to have a minimum of 2-4 years of direct experience in mental health counseling, particularly with vulnerable populations. Experience in a telehealth environment is a plus, as it demonstrates adaptability and proficiency in providing remote support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
