Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, diagnosing clients and determining suitable treatment options in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs of clients. You’ll engage with community and healthcare resources to ensure comprehensive support.

• Provide psychotherapy services via telehealth platforms to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Coordinate with physicians and allied health professionals, screening clients for psychotropic medications when applicable.

• Prepare detailed documentation including intake summaries and treatment plans, maintaining compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular staff conferences to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs and adjust approaches based on peer feedback.

• May oversee and provide guidance to post-master’s fellows and associates in alignment with their professional development needs.

• Actively engage in departmental program development, implementation, and evaluation to enhance service delivery outcomes.

• Address and report any safety concerns in accordance with mandated reporting regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Peace, Mind and Life Counseling offers competitive compensation in the range of USD 80,000 – 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
