Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy through telehealth, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, ensuring a tailored approach for various mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve school-aged children and adolescents, along with their families, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related issues, and behavioral concerns. Your ability to connect with young clients and understand the unique challenges they face will be essential in providing effective therapy and support.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential issued by the State of California.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical or school environment.
