Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and independent state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); please note that provisional licenses are not eligible for this position.

• Excellent communication skills, including an ability to convey empathy and understanding effectively.

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate and sympathetic approach to client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with hours worked. In addition to weekly direct deposit, we provide a sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
