Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage proactively with clients to prevent the escalation of mental health crises, employing effective strategies that facilitate early intervention and stabilization.

• Maintain updated crisis alerts and collaborate with county crisis services to ensure seamless coordination for participants requiring immediate assistance.

• Document and oversee transitions between hospital or inpatient services and community programs as needed, working closely with hospital staff to ensure smooth discharges and ongoing care continuity.

• Facilitate regular therapeutic sessions via telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Monitor and assess changes in client behavior and emotional state, adjusting treatment strategies as required to promote positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing psychiatric challenges, social struggles, and emotional difficulties. Your understanding of cultural, linguistic, and psychological sensitivities will be paramount in establishing rapport and fostering trust. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and active license in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Easy Calming Mind Wellness Clinic offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload.
