Key Responsibilities\n

• Complete and maintain crisis alerts while coordinating with county crisis services to ensure timely intervention for participants in need.

• Manage documentation and communication related to hospital and inpatient service transitions, providing necessary care coordination to facilitate smooth discharges.

• Act as the Clinician of the Day, utilizing your crisis de-escalation skills to support and guide individuals facing acute distress.
\n
• Conduct regular telehealth sessions, developing tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment adjustments in compliance with best practices and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily supports adults encountering challenges in mental health, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will engage with a diverse clientele, providing culturally sensitive care that respects individual backgrounds and needs. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high caseload while delivering quality patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
