Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans for clients, taking into consideration their unique circumstances and desired outcomes.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions for a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges related to executive functioning.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with best practice standards.

• Participate in team meetings to collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Engage in continuous education and training to stay updated with the latest practices and methodologies in behavioral health.

• Manage a high caseload effectively while ensuring quality services are delivered through appropriate triage of tasks.

• Support clients in setting realistic goals and provide ongoing encouragement throughout their journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults, a demographic that often faces unique mental health challenges during pivotal life transitions. You will be responsible for assessing their needs and crafting interventions that resonate with their experiences. Understanding the specific issues these age groups encounter, such as social anxiety, family dynamics, and identity exploration, is crucial for effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with diverse clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and collaborate with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload metrics.
