Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring a personalized approach to each client's unique situation.

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment that encourages open communication and emotional exploration.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, experiencing a wide range of conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will play a critical role in removing barriers to care and improving access to mental health services for underserved populations in the Vacaville area and beyond.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical counseling setting is essential.

• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical practices in the mental health field.
