Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with clients using video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive virtual environment.

• Encourage clients to openly express their emotions and experiences, fostering a trusting and productive therapeutic alliance.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and create individualized treatment plans.

• Identify behaviors and thought patterns that may impede client progress, and provide interventions to address these challenges.

• Guide clients in developing and practicing healthy coping mechanisms to support their mental health journey.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout treatment, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse client base, including adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. All clients are thoroughly screened to ensure they are stable and committed to their therapeutic process. Your work will extend to serve individuals who may not engage in traditional in-person therapy, thus expanding access to mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Full licensure to practice independently as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW without supervision. Please note that provisional licenses or candidates with prior disciplinary actions will not be considered.

• Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach to client interactions.
\n
• Proficient in using technology for telehealth platforms and documentation.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth therapy, crisis intervention, and working with adults in varied capacities will be advantageous. A background in evidence-based therapeutic techniques is also preferred, allowing you to provide best-practice care to your clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
