Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client assessments.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at empowering clients to overcome mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. You will work with diverse populations, including children, adults, and families, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs and backgrounds of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.
\n
• At least four years of related counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Cultural competence and the ability to provide inclusive therapeutic practices.

• You should possess strong crisis intervention skills and the capacity to remain calm and collected in challenging situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
