Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their specific challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship issues.

• Lead both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques to foster healing and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will revolve around a diverse patient base, including individuals facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in providing mental health support and counseling services.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly and effectively with clients.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records systems is preferred, enhancing efficiency and continuity of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
