As a telehealth mental health counselor, you will work from the comfort of your home, utilizing technology to connect with your patients through virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client's unique psychological needs and goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailoring therapeutic interventions to address specific issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal struggles.

• Facilitate both one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy, employing evidence-based modalities that promote healing and growth.

• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide coordinated client care, sharing insights and strategies to improve client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and consultation with peers to enhance your practice and learn new techniques.

• Contribute to departmental initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and increase program effectiveness, bringing your ideas and expertise to the table.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients who are facing emotional distress, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma histories, and relationship issues. You will engage with diverse populations, offering culturally competent care tailored to meet the varying needs and backgrounds of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and valid license in your respective state (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT), qualifying you to provide mental health services.
\n
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical setting, working with individuals experiencing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients quickly through strong interpersonal skills, making them feel safe and understood.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with electronic medical records systems are highly regarded, but not mandatory.

• A background in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, or other therapeutic modalities is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
