Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments with clients to identify their specific mental health concerns and collaboratively develop effective treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions where you will employ research-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate with fellow counselors and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, discussing case strategies and sharing insights from different disciplines.

• Document and maintain accurate client records using electronic medical record systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Provide crisis intervention support, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety plans to assist clients experiencing acute distress.

• Participate in professional development opportunities including workshops, seminars, and training sessions to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly for full-time counselors, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field. Additional benefits include:
