Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate each client's emotional, behavioral, and psychological state, aiming to understand their unique experiences.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that distinctly address the individual needs, diagnoses, and personal goals of clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Provide empathetic therapeutic counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of methods including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and more.

• Establish trusting, non-judgmental therapeutic relationships designed to foster openness and promote mental health growth.

• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques to help clients recognize and modify harmful behavioral and thought patterns, promoting long-term positive change.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including adults and youth, who are experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will allow you to address the mental health needs of underrepresented and diverse populations, contributing to equitable care within the community.

Qualifications\n

• Candidate must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid state license or certification as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW is required for practice.

• Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals with various mental health concerns.
