Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to better understand each client's unique challenges, background, and goals.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on best practices and individual client needs, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions that address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationships, and more.

• Lead group therapy sessions, encouraging peer support and shared learning among clients, fostering a sense of community and understanding.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, communicating client progress and ensuring a comprehensive support network that addresses all aspects of mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an active state license or certification (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is mandatory to practice in California.

• At least two (2) years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, preferably dealing with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.
