Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based outpatient therapy across various modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.

• Carry out mental health assessments, referrals, and clinical interventions, ensuring clients receive holistic and timely care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with Federal, State, and organizational standards, assuring timely records and communication.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinating client care with other healthcare providers to create a cohesive treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. You will address a wide variety of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to crisis intervention and family dynamic issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology with a valid California license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) is required.

• Must possess an active license in good standing to practice in California.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills to articulate assessments, treatment plans, and client progress effectively.

• Proficiency with telehealth technology and clinical documentation software is essential for effective remote service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
