Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through initial evaluations and ongoing sessions to determine client needs and identify treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and other evidence-based interventions.

• Facilitate engaging teletherapy sessions, utilizing secure video conferencing tools and telephonic consultations.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary healthcare team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure consistent and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with privacy regulations and agency standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on mental health trends.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health therapy, with at least two years of clinical experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
