Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with clients, fostering a safe environment for open communication.

• Assess clients' needs and aspirations, ensuring a patient-centered approach to therapy.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline goals, strategies, and therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions with clients, adjusting treatment strategies based on their progress and feedback.

• Identify when referrals to other specialists or agencies are appropriate and facilitate those connections when necessary.

• Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Document therapy sessions and client interactions accurately and in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base experiencing various mental health challenges, including emotional disturbances, co-occurring disorders, and substance abuse issues. Your ability to provide culturally competent counseling will help ensure that clients from all walks of life receive the support they deserve, fostering inclusivity in therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field is required.

• A valid license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC), or Clinical Social Work (LCSW) is mandatory for this position.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of experience in the mental health field, particularly in individual therapy, group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.

• Experience working with children, families, and couples, with an understanding of developmental and situational challenges faced by these groups.

• Familiarity with current trends, techniques, and therapeutic practices in individual and family counseling is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated success in implementing treatment plans and measuring client outcomes in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
