Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and employ standardized screening tools to evaluate clients' mental health status.

• Analyze clients' mental status through functional assessments, identifying behavioral health issues, trauma histories, and existing strengths and limitations that may affect treatment.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate tailored treatment plans that address identified symptoms and challenges, employing culturally informed practices to support diverse backgrounds.

• Utilize best practices in psychotherapy, ensuring procedures are trauma-informed and aligned with current therapeutic standards.

• Facilitate essential referrals and connect clients to community resources, working closely with supervision and care coordination teams to prioritize the needs of each individual.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client progress, treatment strategies, and outcomes in compliance with organizational regulations.

• Participate in outreach initiatives and marketing efforts to increase community awareness about available therapeutic services and foster new referrals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will involve working with a varied population including adults, children, and families who might present issues ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active California license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is mandatory for this role.

• Adherence to established policies and protocols, coupled with the ability to make informed, timely decisions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
