Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the varied needs of clients.

• Carry out comprehensive initial and ongoing mental health assessments to evaluate client progress and challenges.

• Develop, implement, and actively monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the multidisciplinary team.

• Participate in team meetings where you will contribute insights, assess treatment strategies, and enhance client care plans.

• Document session notes and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• Required education includes a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Possession of a current, valid, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is essential.

• Successful completion of pre-employment checks, including annual tuberculosis screening, a thorough background evaluation, drug testing, and reference checks is mandatory, with ongoing monitoring as required.
