Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one remote therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing tools, focusing on empathy and understanding to create a safe space for healing.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health needs through initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities, effectively addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Provide clients with practical coping strategies, mental health resources, and continuous support, guiding them through their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential electronic health records that document client progress, treatment plans, and any emergent concerns, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate care and utilize a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

• Participate in regular professional development, workshops, and training to stay updated with the latest research and therapeutic practices to enhance the quality of care.

Your work will engage a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, each coming from diverse backgrounds and facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure in California as either a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A minimum of three years of professional experience as a mental health therapist, demonstrating proficiency in individual and group therapy practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience and familiarity with providing telehealth services, along with an understanding of child and adolescent development, co-occurring disorders, evidence-based counseling approaches, and crisis intervention techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse client population and effectively address various mental health concerns.

• While not required, certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or trauma-focused approaches are advantageous and will be appreciated.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, offering a salary range between USD 80,000 and USD 122,000 annually, influenced by your caseload.
