Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to accurately identify their needs and develop customized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) tailored to meet each client's unique circumstances.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions due to personal preferences or accessibility challenges, ensuring continuity of care.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements to ensure a high standard of care.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training for our evidence-based frameworks, known as our care pathways, and keeping up-to-date with emerging practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
