Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 telehealth counseling sessions to clients over platforms such as Zoom or Skype, ensuring a compassionate approach to each interaction.

• Focus on addressing sub-clinical issues such as work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance, while helping clients set and achieve personal and career goals.
\n
• Collaborate with internal clinical team members to review and suggest enhancements to our mental health programs and the telehealth platform to improve service delivery.

• Document sessions thoroughly using electronic medical records systems to maintain accurate and concise client histories.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist of a diverse range of individuals facing various emotional and mental health challenges. You will work with members from different backgrounds seeking assistance for everyday struggles that impact their quality of life. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold an active state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice independently.

• A minimum of two years of experience working directly with individuals dealing with emotional challenges.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
