Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, catering to a flexible work style that fosters work-life balance. Our virtual workspace promotes collaboration with other mental health professionals across various specialties. You will have the autonomy to create your own schedule within the framework of Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring you can efficiently manage your time while delivering high-quality care without the demands of on-call duties. Your contributions are vital as we utilize advanced telehealth technology to engage with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in live video sessions, delivering evidence-based care to individual adult clients on a weekly basis, with a focus on building therapeutic rapport and facilitating change.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and other counselors to provide holistic treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and other monitoring tools to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans efficiently, ensuring that therapeutic approaches align with their evolving needs.

• Participate in regular team meetings for consultation and case discussion, ensuring a culture of support and shared knowledge.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse array of clients, including those presenting with higher risk factors and varying mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT required).

• Active licensure as a mental health counselor with at least one year of independent practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
