Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a client roster consisting predominantly of stable adults with low acuity mental health issues. All clients are carefully screened prior to service engagement, ensuring you are supported while addressing cases that align with your expertise. Clients are matched based on your specialties and demographic preferences, allowing for focused, meaningful interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must hold a current, fully licensed status as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), free from any disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal skills, characterized by a sympathetic approach to client interactions.

• Proficiency with technology, demonstrating comfort and efficiency in using telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your work as a Remote Mental Health Counselor offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000, dependent on the number of hours you choose to work. Additionally, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
