Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster therapeutic growth and resilience.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to determine client needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and circumstances.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working alongside social workers, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Document client progress meticulously, ensuring all notes and treatment updates are accurate and up to date using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in continuous learning by staying informed about advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse population within the Vancouver area. Your clients may include individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Paying special attention to the unique needs of each client group, you will provide culturally sensitive care that acknowledges and respects their backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Minimum of two years' post-graduate experience providing mental health services to diverse groups, with a focus on effective therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with clients and collaborating with healthcare teams.

• Proficient in using digital tools for telehealth delivery and documentation, familiar with EHR software is a plus.
