This role is entirely remote, providing flexibility and work-life balance. Regular business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a structured workflow while having weekends and evenings free.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, challenges, and goals, developing customized treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to address mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of client information.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid, active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
