Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, ensuring ethical and compassionate interactions with all clients.

• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic modalities to guide clients toward achieving their mental health goals.

• Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with those needs, regularly adjusting as necessary to optimize their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will consist of stable, low-acuity adults who seek support for a variety of mental health challenges. This demographic often requires assistance in managing everyday stressors, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Your work will focus on enhancing their overall quality of life by equipping them with valuable tools and strategies for self-management.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) that allows for independent practice. Candidates with provisional licenses or disciplinary actions will not be considered.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in client interactions.

• Proficient computer literacy, along with a reliable computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting virtual sessions.

• A dependable internet connection to facilitate seamless virtual counseling services.

Preferred Experience\n

While prior experience is not strictly required, candidates with a background in telehealth and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems are encouraged to apply. Expertise in engaging with diverse populations and a demonstrated ability to implement various therapeutic modalities will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year , commensurate with experience and working hours. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
