Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to deliver care to clients from the comfort of your own home. Our team operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring work-life balance and a structured environment to support your professional development. You will collaborate with a network of professionals dedicated to utilizing evidence-based practices that prioritize client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to identify clients' needs, presenting concerns, and mental health history.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting attainable goals aligned with clients' personal objectives and preferences.
\n
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, utilizing active listening to guide discussions, exploring coping strategies, and promoting growth in emotional intelligence.

• Document clinical progress meticulously while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular supervision, participate in case consultations, and attend professional development workshops to continuously elevate clinical skills and knowledge.

• Actively collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to create a holistic support network for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health counseling services reach a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a wide array of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will create a safe and welcoming environment that encourages open communication and fosters trust, enabling clients to express their challenges and work collaboratively towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates are required to possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.
\n
• An independent state-issued license such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required. Limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills with the ability to formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine compassionate demeanor.
\n
• Proficiency in digital tools for telehealth services, including familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling setting.
