Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health needs, formulating tailored treatment plans that effectively address their concerns.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, ensuring each session is personalized to cater to clients' unique situations.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and continuously monitor and evaluate their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Offer virtual therapy options to clients who face geographical or physical barriers to accessing in-person care, ensuring equitable support for all.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, treatment interventions, and client progress, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
