Key Responsibilities\n

• Clinical Documentation: Maintain complete, accurate, and current medical records of all services rendered, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and summary documentation.

• Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality for all patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Resource Provision: Equip clients with the necessary resources and tools to help them meet their personal mental health goals.

• Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to diagnose psychological disorders utilizing evidence-based practices; you will develop personalized treatment and management plans based on individual case assessments.

• Therapeutic Techniques: Provide psychotherapy by implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, whether via telehealth or in-person as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of individuals facing a range of mental health issues, including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, and trauma-related challenges. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your approaches to honor their unique experiences and cultural contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid and active mental health professional license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as per Washington state regulations.

• A comprehensive understanding of various psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.

• Adept communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and collaborate with colleagues in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
