Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, effectively using virtual platforms to enhance therapeutic interaction.

• Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to assess client needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools to inform treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique mental health journey, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention and support in real-time, equipping clients with coping strategies and resources during critical moments.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations, as well as organizational policies.

• Regularly review and update treatment plans as necessary, tracking client progress and adjusting strategies to meet evolving needs.

• Facilitate referrals to external resources and support services as appropriate, helping clients gain access to a broader spectrum of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be serving a diverse clientele in the Seattle area, addressing a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• Current and valid Washington State license as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention techniques.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms, as well as comfort and efficiency in using technology to deliver care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling, particularly in a telehealth format.

• Experience working with at-risk populations or in community mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
